Job summary

Jacobs in Orlando seeks a Design-Build Design Manager to lead transportation infrastructure projects in the East Region, delivering design-build and other delivery methods.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding Jacobs' Quality Program. A Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Eng and PE registration are required; DBIA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer registration is required.
• Extensive experience leading design-build projects in transportation.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Design-Build transportation projects and provide direction to teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, JV partners and consultants to deliver solutions.
• Develop proposals, staffing plans, budgets and schedules to meet milestones.
• Ensure quality adherence under Jacobs' Quality Program and drive value.
