Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Project Manager II to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects. You will manage contracts, oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams, and coordinate field operations and subcontract administration.

You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance while maintaining effective communication with customers and stakeholders to drive project success from inception to closeout.

Qualifications

• Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience, with DB/EPC in power delivery preferred.
• Experience in engineering, design, construction, contracting methodologies, planning and management tasks including procurement, subcontracts, field supervision, budget control, safety and QA.

Responsibilities

• Manage DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase.
• Oversee design, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities.
• Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental goals are met.
• Plan, execute and report on project performance.
• Coordinate with customer for optimal communication and satisfaction.
• Oversee changes and value engineering.
• Develop and oversee project schedules and values.
• Monitor progress and manage documentation and payments.
• Mentor junior staff and enforce internal standards.
