Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG), a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Project Manager I responsible for all aspects of design-build/EP+C projects, including contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management.

You’ll supervise field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality plans while driving project performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field; approved substitutions allowed
• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience with DB/EPC in power delivery preferred
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for transmission, distribution, and substation work

Responsibilities

• Manages DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion
• Coordinates engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities
• Oversees prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders administration
• Ensures safety, quality, environmental stewardship per customer goals
• Plans, executes, and reports on overall project performance
• Maintains effective communication with customers and stakeholders
• Develops schedules, value engineering, and change management
• Mentors junior staff and ensures project close-out and warranty activities
