Tend is hiring dentists in the U.S. for a full-time role at South Boston and Post Office Square studios. The practice emphasizes hospitality, comprehensive diagnostics, and patient-centered care in a modern, digitally-enabled studio.

Compensation includes top-earning potential of $425,000+ per year, with a guaranteed daily rate and a tiered production-based upside. Lead Dentists may receive additional studio performance bonuses and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the applying state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years post-residency.
• Lead Dentists: 6+ years post-residency with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services in a modern studio.
• Treat a dynamic mix of cases beyond basic dentistry.
• Lead clinical onboarding, training, and development of providers.
• Partner with the Studio Manager to optimize scheduling and studio performance.
• Mentor teammates to elevate clinical excellence and outcomes.
