Job summary

Tend Midtown Studio in Atlanta is seeking a Dentist for a full-time role, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in a modern studio, supported by a collaborative clinical and operational team.

The position offers both Associate and Lead tracks, with top earners over $425k annually through production-based compensation. You will diagnose holistically, guide treatment planning, and deliver hospitality-driven care focused on

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active dental license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification and DEA registration.
• Invisalign certification preferred.
• Ability to work full-time (4 days/week + 2 Saturdays) or part-time (2–3 days/week with some Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of operative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Lead comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans grounded in clinical findings.
• Diagnose TMJ-related conditions and deliver integrated care (including cosmetic bots) where appropriate.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to studio leadership and clinical onboarding.
• Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and studio leadership to ensure high-quality care.
