Tend is hiring dentists in a modern, digitally enabled studio environment. Top earners exceed $425,000 annually, with a guaranteed daily rate plus a tiered production-based commission.

Lead Dentists can benefit from a monthly studio performance bonus and leadership opportunities within a growth-focused practice. We seek clinicians with DDS/DMD, active licensure, and a track record of delivering comprehensive care across restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
• Associate Dentists - minimum 2 years post-residency; Lead Dentists - 6+ years post-residency.
• CPR/BLS certification and DEA registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services—including restorative care such as inlays/onlays, crowns, veneers, endodontics, extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Treat a dynamic mix of cases with opportunities for comprehensive, esthetic, and function-driven care.
• Lead comprehensive exams diagnosing the whole person and communicating solutions clearly.
• Develop treatment plans grounded in clinical findings and risk assessment to improve outcomes and acceptance.
• Lead clinical onboarding, training, and ongoing development of providers; mentor and coach team members.
