• Bachelor’s degree or higher or relevant combination with experience.
• 8 years of experience in demand planning or related field.
• Experience building demand plans for high-volume products.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains demand forecasts for assigned portfolios.
• Conducts demand scenario analysis and risk assessment for new product introductions and expansion.
• Partners with Supply Planning to ensure feasibility with capacity and inventory strategies.
• Monitors forecast accuracy and KPIs and supports continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present demand insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
