Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning platforms.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, seasonality, promotional activity, and business insights.
• Create short-, mid-, and long-term demand plans to support inventory and production requirements.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve planning performance.
• Analyze demand trends, forecast variances, and product performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to forecasting methodologies and planning processes.
• Support inventory optimization, balancing service levels with working capital objectives.
• Partner with purchasing and supply planning teams to align procurement with forecasted demand.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and planning metrics to support decision-making.
• Utilize ERP systems and planning tools to support forecasting and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales, and Leadership to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Participate in demand reviews, planning meetings, and S&OP activities.
