Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manager, Integrated Business Planning to lead the monthly IBP across the business unit, aligning commercial demand with supply chain, financial objectives, and long-range priorities.

You will coordinate cross-functional planning, drive governance and data-driven decisions, and partner with senior leaders to improve forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly Integrated Business Planning process across the business unit.
• Establish governance structures, planning calendars, performance metrics, and executive review processes.
• Drive proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of business risks and opportunities.
• Lead executive-level analyses, recommendations, and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Drive maturity and advancement of IBP capabilities and governance.
