Job summary

Humana Inc seeks a Lead Decision Intelligence Engineer to own production-grade decision intelligence across the NBA platform. You will translate stakeholder objectives into structured models, build agentic workflows, and guide a small engineering team while aligning with policy, governance, and enterprise AI standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in modeling business decision processes and translating objectives into decision models.
• Experience designing production-grade AI capabilities with decision intelligence and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, LangChain, and enterprise AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Model decision processes and optimize engagement using rule-based, predictive, and agentic approaches.
• Design and implement multi-agent workflows with planning, memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
