Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Decision Intelligence Engineer to own the application of decision intelligence and agentic AI across the NBA platform.

You will formalize business decisions, translate objectives and policies into models, and lead a small team delivering production-ready AI capabilities. You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Humana's AI Gateway to build workflows, enable explainability, and govern decision outcomes at scale.
