Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Decision Intelligence Engineer to own production-grade decision intelligence capabilities across the NBA platform. You will translate objectives into structured models and guide agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and Azure OpenAI, in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

You will mentor a small team of engineers, design governance and evaluation frameworks, and help advance decision quality and operational impact in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI/decision intelligence initiatives at scale.
• Strong background in production-grade AI systems and software architecture.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and enterprise AI platforms is preferred.
