Job summary

Tiger Analytics in New York is seeking a Lead - Pharma Commercial Analytics with strong experience in US pharmaceutical analytics to lead commercial intelligence initiatives and translate healthcare data into actionable business insights.

You will engage stakeholders, manage Rx and claims data, and deliver executive‑level recommendations to guide strategic decisions within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years overall experience with at least 7 years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
• Strong experience in US pharma commercial analytics and data interpretation.
• Expertise in HCP and account analytics, brand performance, segmentation and targeting.
• Hands-on experience with Rx and claims data analytics.
• Experience with RCA, opportunity assessment and data validation.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving and ability to generate executive insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a consulting or client‑facing analytics environment.

We are looking for a Lead - Pharma Commercial Analytics with strong experience in US pharmaceutical commercial analytics and consulting. The ideal candidate will lead commercial intelligence initiatives, translate complex healthcare data into actionable business insights, and support strategic decision‑making through analytics.

This role requires expertise in HCP and account analytics, brand performance, customer segmentation, and prescription and claims data, along with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial analytics initiatives focused on brand performance, HCP engagement, and account-level performance
• Develop and execute customer segmentation, targeting, and opportunity assessment strategies
• Analyze prescription (Rx) and claims data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to investigate business performance and recommend actionable solutions
• Manage and validate commercial data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights
• Analyze account hierarchies and customer relationships to support commercial strategy and execution
• Deliver ad hoc analytics to address evolving business needs and stakeholder priorities
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive commercial intelligence initiatives and ensure operational readiness
• Support knowledge transition, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing delivery within a managed services engagement
