Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to build cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and lead hands-on innovation in AI safety and GenAI deployments. You will work with scientists, software engineers, and product managers to shape technical direction and deliver production-grade models at scale.

The role focuses on developing end-to-end research pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding a team of Data Scientists to advance CrowdStrike’s AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied ML/research experience with production-grade models.
• Deep expertise in LLM training or deployment at scale.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Python, DL frameworks, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead AI/ML solutions for AI safety and cyber detection.
• Co-develop end-to-end research workflows: data sourcing, labeling, modeling, evaluation, and engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions.
• Drive innovation in LLM-related research and deployment strategies.
• Mentor Data Scientists and set engineering standards for the team.
• Align technical strategy with business goals and represent CrowdStrike publicly.
