Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the AIDR Engineering Team.

You will support high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing, data engineering aligned to rigorous evaluations, and collaboration with data scientists to enable safe, secure AI interactions at scale. You will contribute to end-to-end ML solutions, develop and deploy models, and mentor peers while driving architectural improvements, testing, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting data science use cases at scale.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and architectures.
• Knowledge of scalability and distributed systems concepts such as sharding and partitioning.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, iterative development environment.
• Strong practices around testing, code reviews, and resilient architectures.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve workflows and outcomes.
