Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-driven roles (royalty/finance/media preferred).
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX and data modeling).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data connectors, and automated data feeds.
• Strong understanding of relational data structures and financial datasets.
• Proficient in SQL or other query languages.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Python or scripting for data automation.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights.
• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, or other cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain royalty tracking tools and financial reports.
• Design and operate production data pipelines ingesting royalty statements and usage data.
• Develop interactive dashboards and automated reporting in Power BI.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability of royalty data across sources.
• Build and maintain API integrations with third-party platforms.
• Automate recurring data ingestion, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, IT, and client service teams.
