Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to design dynamic dashboards and provide actionable insights across commercial KPIs. You will work with Power BI, SQL, R, and Excel to turn data into strategic guidance for leadership and field teams.

The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders, extracting insights with AI, and delivering clear documentation and dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and prototyping dynamic views/visualizations for large datasets (Power BI).
• Ability to tell a story with data and influence decisions.
• Working knowledge of programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter and team oriented.
• Create innovative solutions to solve business problems.
• Strong attention to detail to spot data or code inaccuracies.
• Experience with data structures using SQL.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server tools (MSA) and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Employs data analytics to assess and communicate KPI performance.
• Generate leads to fill the commercial funnel.
• Interpret data to identify trends and influence strategy.
• Leverage AI to extract insights supporting strategy and performance.
• Design dashboards and tools to drive accountability across enterprise and dealers.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to monitor business performance.
• Assist in development, testing, and delivery of services/products.
• Prepare technical documentation and share with analysts and teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product/service improvements.
• Define user requirements and technical specifications for offerings.
• Prepare reports and provide data requests to senior analysts.
• Participate in process improvements to boost efficiency.
