Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced BI Analyst to extract, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources to deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards. You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights using Power BI and other BI tools.

Candidates should have 5+ years in BI/Analytics, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of ERP data structures. Proficiency in AI-enabled analytics and project management will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar role.
• PowerBI, Azure Synapse and Fabric experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence solutions, tools and development.
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL)
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures, entities, and modules
• Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Extracts, analyzes, and interprets data from business applications and data repositories to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights using Power BI or other BI tools
• Identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provides actionable insights to key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborates cross-functionally to understand data requirements and translate them into automated and intelligent solutions using artificial intelligence tools
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within data analysis and reporting
