Job summary

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into analytics solutions, define KPIs, ensure data accuracy and governance, and investigate data or reporting issues. Requires 3–7 years in data analytics or BI, strong Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query), and experience with Microsoft Fabric or Delta Lake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, or Delta Lake.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or B2B environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Define and deliver meaningful KPIs and metrics within your assigned domain.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance following standards.
• Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues using proven technical solutions.
• Monitor report usage and recommend practical improvements.
• Share knowledge and provide informal guidance to Lead small analytics efforts as needed.
