Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Training Manager for Data Center Operations to own the development and implementation of a new Full-Time Training Team.

You will lead a team of technical trainers, oversee training programs for DCEO, DCO, ID, Decom, and Logistics, and drive standardized processes to improve learning outcomes. Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 5+ years of leading training, technical instruction, or maintenance operations programs at a regional or multi-site level.
• 5+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical trainers.
• Manage training programs for Data Center Engineering Operations, Data Center Operations, Infrastructure Delivery, Decommissioning, and Logistics.
• Implement standardized training processes that adapt to audience needs.
• Create and track performance metrics for training effectiveness.
• Establish communication channels between Full Time Training Team and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation through AI technology and agile methodologies.
• Support the design of learning materials including exercises, tutorials, and assessments.
• Measure and report training program impact.
