Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead onboarding and training initiatives for AWS Data Center builders. You will report to local leadership and shape global onboarding strategies, driving measurable improvements in delivery and learner outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, training facilitation, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable learning solutions across multiple data centers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience facilitating in group settings with an audience of 50+

Responsibilities

• Deeply involved in technical design of the onboarding and learning systems and manage complex initiatives.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and administration of in-person and virtual onboarding activities.
• Develop and monitor internal metrics to drive improvements in onboarding and training.
• Administer Amazon’s training platform related to safety, security, and job-critical functions.
