Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a Director of Technical Training and Development to lead evolution, execution, and continuous improvement of its critical facilities training platform. You will scale an existing function into a repeatable, high-performing operating model, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on safety, workforce readiness, and business objectives, traveling 20–40% as needed to Prime's regional sites.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in training or workforce development.
• Experience delivering training for complex data center or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training across sites, from onboarding to certification.
• Develop standards, governance, and playbooks to scale the program.
• Lead and coach the Training & Development team and partners.
• Partner with Ops, Eng, EHS, HR and leadership to align needs and plans.
