Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Manager to build and lead a Full-Time Training Team for Data Center Operations. You will develop initial training, maintain lab equipment, and drive continuous improvement across DCEO, DCO, ID, Decom, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience
• 5+ years of leading training, technical instruction, or maintenance operations programs at a regional or multi-site level
• 3+ years of direct people management, including managing managers or senior individual contributors experience
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Experience in project, program or product management with focus on technical education programs
• Experience in safety standards and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical trainers
• Manage the training programs for Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO), Data Center Operations (DCO), Infrastructure Delivery (ID), Decommissioning, and Logistics
• Implement standardized training processes that adapt to audience needs
• Create and track performance metrics for training effectiveness
• Establish communication channels between Full Time Training Team (FTT) and stakeholders
• Drive innovation through AI technology and agile methodologies
• Support the design comprehensive learning materials including exercises, tutorials, and assessments
• Measure and report training program impact
• This job will be expected to travel approximately 25% of the time
