Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead the corporate schedule effort on a hyperscale data center project in San Marcos, TX. The role involves developing integrated project schedules, coordinating input from PMs, and guiding baseline updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of PM experience with scheduling, plus familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Asta, P6, and Last Planner System.

Qualifications

• 8 years of project management experience with scheduling responsibilities.
• Data center project experience is preferred.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project schedules and guide baseline and time impact updates.
• Coordinate scheduling input from project managers and communicate with the client.
• Analyze subcontractor schedules and ensure adherence to industry practices.
• Maintain master schedules for project tasks and update stakeholders.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings, and provide schedule reports.
• Provide tools and processes for schedule control and forecasting.
• Collect and report progress and manage variances and resolutions.
