The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Manager (various levels) for our Mission Critical Construction team on a hyperscale data center project in San Marcos, TX. You will lead field teams, manage schedule and budget, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of field/project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and preferably data center experience, with a track record of mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of field and project construction management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven history of leading others and mentoring.
• Data center experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct project per plans, schedule, specs and standards.
• Lead subcontractors and field employees on site.
• Lead project safety per Safety Policy.
• Manage project schedule, budget and staff with PMs.
• Develop and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules.
