Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Scheduler to own the schedule review discipline for a confidential hyperscale data center client. This working lead role involves testing delivery dates, defining review standards, and managing a team responsible for schedule evidence and risk assessment.

The role requires 10–15 years in planning and scheduling, with expertise in P6, EVM familiarity, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of planning and scheduling experience, data center or mission-critical delivery preferred.
• Proficient in P6 scheduling software and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) or similar progress‑measurement methods.
• PMI-SP or AACE PSP certification is a plus, not required.
• Willing to travel ~3 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Independently review schedules across a portfolio of concurrent deals.
• Define the review method, benchmarks, and quality standards for the team.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and other review disciplines across regions.
