Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Lead Scheduler to own the schedule review discipline for a confidential hyperscale data center client. The role involves testing delivery dates, setting review standards, and carrying a portfolio of reviews yourself.

It is a working lead role: you review schedules, select methodology, and guide the team while maintaining your own caseload. Some travel to SF/VA may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of planning and scheduling experience, data center or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Proficient in P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Ability to independently review and challenge development schedules.
• Strong written communication for client-facing findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent schedule reviews across a portfolio of concurrent pre-lease diligence deals.
• Define the review method, benchmarks, and quality standard for the team.
• Manage team allocation and ensure findings are defensible and reportable.
