Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience, data center or mission-critical delivery preferred.
• Strong ability to assess schedules, logic, and critical path.
• Proficient with P6 or equivalent scheduling software and EV-related metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reviews: assess construction schedules from ground up, validate timelines against benchmarks.
• Review equipment orders, labor plans, and resource loading for realism.
• Identify risks such as long lead items, permitting, energization timing and sequencing.
• Track schedule movement across reviews and flag variances and causes.
• Define what a complete, defensible schedule review looks like and enforce standards.
