Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale data center project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction project control services.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining master schedules, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and trades, and conducting detailed schedule analyses to identify risks and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM, WBS, sequencing knowledge for data center projects.
• Experience with data center construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trades.
• Create and update multiple schedules for various scopes before lease signing.
• Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks and delays.
• Lead schedule review meetings and present forecasts to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule.
• Support progress measurement, earned value, and delay assessments.
• Assist with transition from MS Project to P6 EPPM.
