Job summary

Legacy Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Scheduler to lead scheduling and project controls for hyperscale data center construction projects. You will oversee integrated master schedules, provide leadership to a team of Project Schedulers, and collaborate with owners, general contractors, and vendors to ensure schedules reflect scope and milestones.

The role requires extensive Primavera P6 proficiency, CPM scheduling expertise, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Seven+ years of project scheduling and project controls experience on large-scale construction.
• Experience leading schedulers or project controls professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated master schedules for large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and technical guidance to Project Schedulers.
• Review scheduler work products for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Establish scheduling standards, processes, reporting, and best practices across the team.
• Build and oversee detailed schedules covering design through turnover.
• Integrate subcontractor, vendor, procurement, commissioning, and owner schedules into the master schedule.
• Perform CPM analysis, schedule health reviews, and assess float and constraints.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Lead schedule review meetings and collaborative planning workshops.
• Support EVM, schedule performance reporting, and KPI dashboards.
