Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Scheduler to own the schedule review discipline for a confidential hyperscale data center client. You will set the standard for the entire review process and carry a portfolio of independent schedules while testing developer delivery dates for realism.

This is a working lead role with a mix of hands-on review and team leadership. You will balance your own caseload with defining the method, evidentiary requirements, and client-facing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication is required.
• Experience with P6 or equivalent scheduling software and critical path analysis.
• Remote candidates considered; travel for site visits and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess developer construction schedules from the ground up: logic, critical path and near‑critical activity credibility, float, and sequencing.
• Review equipment and staffing plans behind a schedule, including long lead equipment orders and resource loading.
• Be precise about what is known versus what is assumed, and ensure consistent evidence is provided.
• Flag risks in schedules such as long lead equipment, permitting, and energy commissioning timelines.
• Track schedule movements across reviews and identify material variances and causes.
• Assess what could recover time and recommend real options to accelerate delivery.
• Deliver a clear schedule record at project handover to on-site teams.
• Define the standards for a complete, defensible schedule review and enforce them across the team.
