Job summary

MG2 Corporation seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers in San Francisco. You will lead project teams from design through construction, ensuring contract alignment, schedule rigor, and financial performance while maintaining MG2’s design excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers.
• Certification as a license professional preferred.
• Ability to lead teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• English reading, writing and verbal communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases with schedule and budget accountability.
• Ensure contracts are in place prior to starting contract deliverables.
• Develop milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Create Project Charters and QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financial status and conduct interim reviews.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates and distribute to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Oversee QA/QC and site activities during Construction Administration.
• Lead debriefs, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage closeout procedures and post-project evaluation.
• Oversee resources and mentor team members with regular feedback.
