Job summary

MG2 Design, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers to lead client programs across the US. You will guide projects through design, documentation, permitting and construction administration, while managing schedules and budgets and building strong client relationships.

You will lead internal and external teams, uphold MG2’s design excellence, and ensure communications and deliverables align with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture/design firm.
• Licensure as a professional architect preferred.
• Experience leading teams through milestone-based project delivery.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Data Center project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases and ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, budget, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop comprehensive Project Charters with QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financials and perform reviews with leads/ PIC.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders and maintain communication.
