Job summary

MG2 Corporation, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers. The role leads project teams through all design, documentation, permitting and construction administration phases, ensuring schedules, budgets and MG2 standards are met, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include contract management, developing charters and QA/QC plans, and overseeing project communications and financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before executing deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Lead QA/QC planning for project work and participate in proposals as requested.
• Monitor financial status and perform reviews with leadership.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce and issue weekly project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project team meetings.
