Job summary

The GBA Team is seeking a Data Center Owner’s Representative to oversee mission-critical projects in the United States. This role is responsible for managing project execution and ensuring alignment with the Owner's objectives across design, construction, and operational phases.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in mission-critical/data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with Owner's objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and quality control.
