Job summary

GBA seeks a Data Center Owner’s Representative to lead Owner-side project oversight for mission-critical data center projects valued at $100M+. This role requires deep MEP and civil/structural expertise, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to coordinate across owners, A&E firms, constructors, and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture; PE, PMP, CxA, LEED AP preferred.
• 7–10+ years managing large-scale construction projects, including $100M+ data center work.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil/structural design, and site development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Owner-side project meetings, steering committees, and milestone reviews.
• Review design development documents for alignment with owner standards and resiliency goals.
• Oversee contractor execution, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and QA/QC.
• Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities across levels 1–5.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and forecast-to-complete; manage change controls.
