Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager (MEP) to oversee cost, time, risk and scope for high-grade data center projects in the United States. You will coordinate with consultants and contractors to deliver on-programme, on-cost and on-quality outcomes through all project phases.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office. On-site responsibilities will include reporting, procurement coordination, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related engineering field.
• Experience delivering data center projects and coordinating MEP works.
• Familiar with project management concepts, tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP project management including cost, time, risk and scope oversight.
• Coordinate with stakeholders: Employer, consultants, and main contractor.
• Ensure on-programme, on-cost and on-quality delivery of services.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and manage risk and scheduling.
• Keep thorough documentation and photos of progress.
