Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager for its Self-Development group to drive day-to-day execution of assigned self-development sites from acquisition through construction handoff. You will maintain schedules, budgets, and risk registers while coordinating internal teams and external consultants to readiness for handoff.

You will manage diligence, permitting, and closing workstreams, partner with Principals on strategy, and produce executive status reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management in data center or capital development.
• Ownership of pre-construction workstreams including schedule management and budget tracking.
• Working knowledge of entitlement and permitting processes.
• Experience coordinating due diligence workstreams (title, survey, geotechnical, environmental).
• Ability to drive follow-through across internal teams and external parties without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, and executive reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, real estate, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution for assigned self-development sites from acquisition through construction handoff.
• Maintain integrated project schedules and budgets; track risks and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants; prepare site handoffs.
• Lead site meetings and maintain action logs with named owners.
• Prepare executive-facing status reports and maintain a trusted data source.
• Oversee pre-construction consultant scope and purchase orders.
• Ensure timely handoff to Construction with exit criteria met.
