Job summary

CoreWeave in Sunnyvale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution for self-development sites within the Strategic Programs and Global Expansion group.

You will maintain integrated schedules, monitor budgets and risks, coordinate internal teams and external consultants, and drive site readiness from acquisition through construction handoff, reporting to Principals and ensuring timely, well-controlled delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale capital development.
• Ownership of pre-construction workstreams including schedule management and budget tracking.
• Experience with entitlement and permitting processes (AHJ) and due diligence workflows.
• Ability to drive deliverables across internal teams and external parties without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated project delivery for self-development sites from acquisition through construction handoff.
• Build and maintain the integrated project schedule and critical path.
• Maintain Owner’s Budget, cash flow forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate entitlement and permitting workstreams and AHJ approvals.
• Coordinate diligence and closing workstreams with Legal and technical leads.
• Lead cross-functional site meetings and maintain action logs with owner assignments.
• Prepare executive status reports and maintain project trackers and site records.
• Coordinate pre-construction scope, SOWs, POs, and invoice validation.
