Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to serve as on-site owner’s representative, driving hyperscale data center projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will oversee contractors, manage contracts, and ensure adherence to design specifications, budgets, and master schedules.

You will focus on coordinating MEP/low-voltage systems, traveling to project sites to verify progress, quality, and risks, while delivering progress updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in construction project management.
• Minimum 3 years directing data center construction with emphasis on MEP systems.
• Experience managing contracts for $100M+ value.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure including power and cooling.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and construction methodologies.
• Experience with web-based project management software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience inspecting on-site progress against drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
• Oversee GC performance, manage contracts and ensure design/specifications alignment.
• Coordinate and commission MEP and low-voltage systems.
• Travel to project sites to validate progress and address risks.
• Provide regular updates on progress, financials, risks, and status.
