Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the DCDE Central Operations team to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning planning, scheduling, risks, and cross-functional communication. You will interface with site leads, internal partners, and vendors to drive operational improvements and project learnings across hyper-scale data center delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments.
5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in an environment.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a program initiative charter, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Identify resources and participate in project planning and prioritization.
Monitor progress, risks, and mitigations across development and execution phases.
Ensure goals are met with clear implementation strategy and measurable impacts.
Develop communication plans and training for management and execution teams; report on progress and learnings.
