Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects for its Data Center Operations. You will plan requirements, manage risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners while explaining technical tradeoffs to engineers and executives.

You’ll contribute to the Google Data Centers team, shaping scalable infrastructure and software-enabled operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data centers.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects involving Building Management Systems (BMS) and EPMS for Greenfield and Brownfield sites, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to critical infrastructure using BMS and EPMS data.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams and vendors to mitigate risks.
