Job summary

Google Data Center Operations (DCOps) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects across Greenfield and Brownfield sites in the U.S. You will plan requirements, manage risks, and coordinate with engineers and vendors to deliver reliable data center infrastructure.

In this role you will build dashboards, analyze operational data, and drive improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience with data centers.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects involving BMS and EPMS for Greenfield and Brownfield sites, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to critical infrastructure using BMS/EPMS data; coordinate with vendors and implement preventative measures.
• Collect and analyze operational data and incident reports to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams and vendors to mitigate risks.
