Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the Data Center division. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and clearly communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align change governance with product development and operations, ensuring scalable processes across regions and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with change governance including workflows, processes, documentation, and mapping.
• Experience using data analytics to quantify program performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global change governance program for Google’s Data Center fleet.
• Facilitate data driven and consensus based decision making by ensuring topics are well prepared ahead of time and engagement of key stakeholders.
• Integrate the change governance program with change control board processes across teams.
• Monitor performance and health of the process, identify gaps, and drive improvements for high-quality decisions at speed.
• Improve awareness with updated communications, training, and outreach plans.
