Job summary

Nox Group in the Southwest United States seeks a Project Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide.

You will enforce safety and quality plans, mentor field crews, coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and HR, and partner with the Project Manager to keep labor on track and schedules achievable.

This safety-sensitive role may require lifting and other physical work; OSHA-30 training is required or provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and achieving project goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensures corporate safety and quality plans align with project requirements.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents to meet responsibilities.
• Oversees QA/QC implementation and project execution plans.
• Maintains strong relationships with Safety, QA/QC, HR, and Project Manager.
• Leads development of comprehensive project plans and schedules.
