Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician with 7 years' experience.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience.
• Quality management experience in large-scale construction.
• Experience developing QA systems.
• Knowledge of quality standards and codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Follow the established quality management system aligned with industry standards and corporate requirements.
• Enforce quality control processes and procedures for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives, establish metrics, and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance to superintendents, field superintendents, and engineers on quality standards and issue resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation in construction processes.
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications for quality requirements and develop hold points in QC plans.
• Manage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors at the project level.
