Job summary

Nox Group seeks a Project Superintendent to lead safety, quality, and field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects across the Southwest. Per Diem is available for this role; apply today and ask your recruiter for details.

You will mentor Foremen and Field Superintendents, coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and Project Management, and ensure schedules and labor projections are met while upholding contracts and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and ensuring project goals are met.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensures corporate safety and quality plans are aligned with project requirements and implemented throughout the project.
• Responsible for job site safety and works with Safety team to align plans with standards.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents to ensure responsibilities are met.
• Responsible for the quality of all site production and QA/QC execution plans.
• Builds strong relationships with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and HR to optimize team capacity.
• Partners with Project Manager to ensure labor projections and schedule adherence.
• Leads development of comprehensive project plans incorporating requirements and constraints.
• Develops Field Supervisors and Foremen through mentoring and accountability.
• Maintains rapport with customers with integrity and contract compliance.
