Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical construction projects across the Southwest. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with Foremen, QA/QC, and project management teams.

You will mentor field leaders, develop robust project plans, and build strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with policies and contract requirements across all phases.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction processes, standards and their impact on project activities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate.
• Proven success leading project teams and meeting goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and quality plans align with project requirements.
• Supervise site activities and coordinate with safety, QA/QC, and HR teams.
• Support Foreman and Field Superintendents to meet obligations.
• Oversee project QA/QC execution plans and site production quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with Project Manager and field leaders.
• Mentor Field Superintendents and Foreman; maintain contractor relations.
