Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Senior Project Superintendent to lead large-scale data center construction projects. You will provide expert field leadership, manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will mentor superintendents, drive quality, and optimize resources across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry best practices while guiding teams toward

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in large-scale construction
• At least 5 years in a superintendent role
• Experience with mission-critical and hyperscale data center projects
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across geographically diverse projects
• Certifications in OSHA 30-Hour, BICSI TECH/RCDD are preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to maintain a zero-incident mindset
• Oversee field operations across multiple sites and ensure schedule adherence
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material logistics
• Develop and enforce Quality Control Programs aligned with project specs
• Mentor and develop field leadership; plan staffing and training
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and vendors; provide executive updates
• Maintain field reports, logs, and project cost forecasts; review RFIs and change orders
