Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to support our data center construction project in Columbus, Ohio. The role oversees field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Qualified candidates bring 15+ years of field experience, mission-critical data center exposure, and proven supervisory capability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience.
• Mission Critical (Data Center) experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience as General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule and maintains status reports.
• Oversees field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontractors.
• Reviews status with the Project Manager and clients on a regular basis.
• Ensures safety standards are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen.
• Analyzes manpower, materials, and equipment needs and interfaces with supervising staff.
